Job Description Summary:

The Front Services Manager is responsible to maintain organization and supervision of the Front Drive Operation, strategize with vendor partners, communicate all relevant information and ensure guest have a consistently flawless arrival/departure experience, and to ensure prompt response with transportation, information and the overall stay of the guests.

Job Description:


  • High school graduate or equivalent. 4 years college education preferred.

  • 3 years hotel experience in a full service hotel.

  • One year supervisory experience.

  • Excellent service and communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record


  • Responsible for drive management in coordination with our transportation vendor to sustain ideal usage of drive at all times Forecast and track actual front drive traffic including day/overnight valets and other vehicles.

  • Recommend and create alternative arrival/departure logistics based on business levels and resources.

  • Manage the front systems as needed.

  • Lead guest badging initiatives and track data as needed.

  • Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, discipline and support of the Front Office staff.

  • Ensure that all guests’ valet, laundry and luggage needs are being met by the Bell Attendants.

  • Handle any guest needs or feedback in a productive manner.

  • Assist with the safety/security of guests and communicate as needed to the appropriate leaders.

  • Responsible for the adherence and enforcement of all property and Benchmark Hospitality policies and procedures.

  • Establish relationships with vendors for outsourced needs such as taxi’s, valet parking and other services.

  • Monitor and control payroll and other expenses.

  • Responsible for the timely delivery of guest messages, mail and monitoring of Hotsos for Front Office operation.


  • Maintain a superior level of professionalism.
  • Respond to any reasonable request made by Leadership. Perform MOD duties as requested.
  • Be able to comply with house policies and procedures and those of Benchmark Management.
  • Be a member of the Emergency Response Team.
  • Attend all management training as requested by Division Head or Human Resources.
